Principal Designer

We are looking for a Senior Product Designer to shape recruiter and hiring-manager experiences on our talent acquisition platform. You will own complex multi-role workflows from discovery through delivery.

• Lead end-to-end design for assigned product areas, including research, user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity UI, and developer handoff.
• Contribute to and leverage the company design system, including Figma tokens and Storybook components.
• Conduct usability testing and synthesize findings in collaboration with Product Managers and Engineering.
• Design accessible user interfaces that meet WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility standards.
• Collaborate on AI-assisted features with a strong focus on user control and transparency.
• Present work during design critiques and document design decisions in Notion or an equivalent platform.

• 5+ years of experience in Product Design.
• Strong proficiency with Figma and modern prototyping workflows.
• Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
• Expertise in interaction design and visual design for B2B SaaS products.
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively with Product Managers and Engineering teams.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating measurable business and user outcomes.

• Experience contributing to and maintaining design systems.
• Experience in the hiring, recruitment, or HR technology domain.
• Familiarity with accessibility audits using tools such as axe or WAVE.
• Experience designing data visualizations and complex forms.
• Experience designing AI/ML-assisted user experiences.
• Proficiency in Spanish or Portuguese, particularly for supporting LATAM users.
